Seriously? It's 9/11. It's a training exercise. This kinda happened already just a few months ago, and someone resigned. Can we really not get it together? Having worked in an institution of the state government, I understand things move slowly and there is a lot of red tape, but apparently these branches of the federal government need to hire some people to think before they act (and talk before they think!).
