Local Eats of the Week

This plan is working out so much better. Its SO nice to only go to the grocery store once on Sunday and have everything for the whole week. AND, I spend way less this way too. Except this week I forgot two things and couldn't find two things. Grr.

SUNDAY: Baby spinach & ricotta stuffed shells

MONDAY: Not dogs (buns forgotten) & coleslaw, leftover salsa & chips

TUESDAY: Black bean soup

WEDNESDAY: Egg white (forgotten) omelet with lots of veggies and a buttermilk protein cake

THURSDAY: Salad with baked salmon (need to buy salmon and broccoli)

FRIDAY: Pizza night!

SATURDAY: Panko chicken & balsamic-rosemary sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts

Total spent: $56 (including beer, Oikos and some staples!)
Est. remaining: $15
