Option 1: Homemade rosemary wheat bread with EVOO mayo, extra sharp cheddar, romaine hearts and tofurky!
(isn't that a great lunch view?)
Option 2: Teriyaki sauted tofu/onions/greenpeppers with romaine hearts, EVOO mayo, provo on a whole wheat hotdog bun.
There is something about the flavor of cold teriyaki sauted things (tofu, chicken, whatver) that I love with mayo. YJDKIY can't figure that one out!
