Challah Happenings

It's the holidays right? So, YJDKIY can have not healthy breakfasts right? Since I have this from WH#4, it's ok to eat it, right? Riiiiight.

For Challah French Toast, I cut two slices of the white bread.

Mixed some egg beaters, soy milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Soak the bread in the egg mix.

Transfer to a hot griddle or pan and sear each side for a few minutes until golden.

Since I'm a dipper not a dunker, Weggie's organic maple syrup on the side!

PS: loaded with calories and I'm already ready for second breakfast. doh! I knew there was a reason I didn't do this!
