2 gloves minced fresh garlic
juice from 1/2 fresh lime
2-3 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
handful chopped fresh cilantro

Tastes better than it looks


15 dark chocolate chips
1 spoonful creamy organic peanut butter (no sugar added!)
1/3 c. Kashi Go Lean

Microwave chips for 30 seconds, stir in PB until well mixed and creamy. Add in Kashi until fully covered.

Happy Almost Father's Day!

for future reference

My go to chocolate craving staple when I purposefully do not have anything else in the house is chocolate chips and half a spoonfull of peanut butter. Being as I only keep almond butter now (clearly so much healthier! :P ), I had to substitute. And let me tell you, a good substitution it does not make.
