MONDAY: Barley Risotto with Lima Beans, Asparagus & Spinach

TUESDAY: Grilled Tuna, mashed potatoes, broccoli and WIPEOUT!

WEDNESDAY: Tofu, Tomato, Basil Quiche

THURSDAY: Pesto Pizza

FRIDAY: Vacation day!!!

SATURDAY: Stuffed Zucchini, panko chicken
