Not really fries at all! YJDKIY had some tiny yellow potatoes from Winter Harvest that needed using pronto, and one sweet potato.
Thin slice!
Shake n bake style with garlic EVOO, pepper and a dash of garlic salt.
Bake for about 20 minutes on 400, then broil until crispy, but be careful not to burn!!
Just like the fried version, but healthier (and looking bizarrely like squash...hello white balance? are you there, there its me YJDKIY?)
