I just can't quit

YJDKIY knows I've said I would not make spaghetti squash again at least three times. And, here we go again!

This time, I was trying for actual spaghetti spaghetti squash.


Shout out to the Italian readers! (get it?)


Saute the veggies in EVOO and add crumbled tofu and spinach, oregano, thyme, rosemary, basil, garlic powder.

Add jar sauce and simmer for as long as necessary.


Spoon on top of spaghettied squash guts and top with cheese!
