YJDKIY was determined to find a bok choy recipe that didn't include soy sauce.
For this, I started with tofu, broccoli, bok choy, green onions, garlic, lemon juice, and pepper to go over penne.
I've noticed the tofu press, while excellent at pressing out the excess water, tends to make the tofu "crack" in the middle, which isn't ideal for cubing.
