Greek Week

The Rattatouile Pizzas were a little on the Greek side and so are the Mediterranean Chick Pea Burgers.

1 can of chick peas

About 1/3-1/2 cup TVP

Mixed up with some EVOO, tomato sauce, onion, green pepper, egg beater, garlic powder, pepper...yall don't expect me to measure right?

Pan fried on medium heat for about 15 minutes, presto changeo

Served on TJ's buns (this is the simplest label ever but for some reason it makes me smile!).

Topped with feta-parsley-garlic powder infused Oikos

And some cucs and carrots

These were kinda like unsloppy joes meets haywire gyro.
