Just because we celebrate Independence Day with picnics, cook-outs, and classic “American” food, doesn’t mean you have to shoot your healthy eating habits off like a bottle rocket! Over on the Salisbury Post, the Green Kitchen compiled a few favorite Fourth recipes and gave them a make over! The fat, calories, and processed food might be missing, but you won’t misås them!
