A video is worth a thousand words
The fresh spinach we got last week in the Winter Harvest basket was crunchier, yes CRUNCHIER, than any spinach, and just about any green I've seen.
I could tell you all about it, but it's just easier to let it speak for itself.... (excuse the blurriness and messy background!). Make sure your sound is on.
