Blink!

That's basically how long it took to prepare dinner!


Found these on my last trip to Trader Joe's. I love that place for prepared, but not totally guilt inducing food options. They were frozen, so I just defrosted in the microwave, dumped in a Pyrex and baked for about 10 minutes at 425, finishing with a few minutes on broil (this is apparently my favorite cooking trick).

Served over a bed of whole wheat pasta, with some leftover TJ's marinara sauce and a side salad. Yay for my favorite (non-homemade) dressing from Aldi! I can't wait for lunch leftovers!
