SUNDAY: Kale, Potato & Onion Eggwhite Frittata 
MONDAY: Linguini with Cauliflower in Tomato Cream Sauce
TUESDAY: Low country shrimp & grits, asparagus
WEDNESDAY: Broccoli with something!
THURSDAY:Grilled pork tenderloin with Beans Greens & Grains 
FRIDAY: Black bean sweet potato melty boats
SATURDAY: Crunchy Rainbow Wraps
